How do I sign up for a monthly membership?

To sign up for a monthly membership, please follow these simple steps:
1.  Visit our website and navigate to the Membership.
2.  Choose the monthly membership option that suits your needs.
3.  Click on the "Subscribe" button associated with the monthly membership plan.
4.  You will be directed to a registration page where you'll need to enter your personal information such as name, email address, and billing details.
5.  Review the membership terms and conditions, then click on the "Confirm Subscription" button to finalize your sign-up process.

Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your new monthly membership.

What are the options for a monthly membership?

We offer several options for our monthly membership to cater to different needs and preferences. Our current monthly membership plans include:

1. Platinum Membership
2. Gold Membership
3. Silver Membership

Each membership tier comes with its unique set of features and benefits, such as access to “Movement Mastery”, classes offered, discounts on additional services, and more. You can choose the membership option that best aligns with your needs and budget.

How to access Movement Mastery Segments?

To access Movement Mastery Segments, please follow these steps:

1. Log in on our website [here] using your username and password. 
If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to subscribe to a Platinum membership.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Courses" section of the website.
3. Look for the Movement Mastery Segments course or program.
4. Click on the Movement Mastery Segments course to view.

If you haven't already enrolled in the course, sign up for “Platinum Membership” access to the Movement Mastery Segments.

After enrolling, you can access the Movement Mastery Segments by clicking on the course from your account dashboard.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the login page on our website.
2. Below the login form, you will find a "Forgot Password?" link. Click on this link.
3. You will be directed to a password reset page where you'll need to enter the email address associated with your account.
4. After entering your email address, click on the "Reset Password" button.
5. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
6. Click on the password reset link in the email. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password for your account.
7. Enter your new password, confirm it, and then click on the "Confirm" button.

Your password will be successfully reset, and you can use your new password to log in to your account. If you continue to experience any issues with resetting your password or have other concerns, please reach out to us for further assistance. We're here to help you regain access to your account.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Absolutely! We welcome upgrades anytime. Just shoot us an email at hello@freetomove.com.au, and we'll be happy to assist you. (Remember, our special foundation member pricing is only available once in 2024.)

Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes, of course! Simply drop us a line at hello@freetomove.com.au, and we'll take care of it for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your freedom is paramount to us. You can cancel your subscription at any time with just 30 days' written notice before the end of your billing cycle. We'll handle the rest, and your cancellation will be effective after the 30 days.

If I cancel my monthly subscription, do I still have access to the Movement Master Segments?

Absolutely! You'll retain access to all materials for as long as your membership is current, along with any additional resources we introduce along the way.

Do you work with Medicare?

Unfortunately, we're not claimable on Medicare at this time.

What is a "Foundation Member"?

A founding member of Free To Move is someone who played a big part in making Free To Move what it is today. They helped develop Free To Move and everything it offers.  To thank them for their special contribution, we give founding members a lifetime membership at a fixed price (as long as they remain a member).

Founding members are also very involved in what we do. We want to hear their ideas, get their advice, and learn from their experience to help us make decisions about where we're going in the future.

What is a Movement Mastery Segment?

These are monthly movement segments delivered directly to Platinum Members' dashboards. They consist of four queued, simple, yet effective movement sessions that you can access and utilize at your convenience.

What is a Movement Mastery Coaching Session?

It's a live coaching session conducted monthly to delve into the movement mastery segments. We want to ensure you're maximizing the benefits of these sessions.

Where can I download the check-in chart?

To download the check-in chart, please follow these steps:

1. Go to this page on our website [click here].
2. Click on the download button next to the check-in chart file to start the download process.
3. Depending on your browser settings, the file will either download automatically to your computer's default download location or prompt you to choose a location to save the file.

If you have trouble finding or downloading the check-in chart, or if you have any questions about using the chart effectively, please reach out to us for assistance.

Do I need to attend classes each week?

Yes if you can, participating is key to unlocking the full spectrum of benefits and transformation to living life on your terms.

Each session is crafted to build on the previous one. I’ve structured it this way because I understand that balance, stability and confidence are interwoven elements that require gradual development. Just like a puzzle, each piece contributes to the complete picture of your transformation.

Can I do a makeup class if I miss one?

I understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes to our schedules. If you find you are unable to attend a session, rest assured that I have options in place to help you make up for any missed learning.

Option 1: Make-Up Class in the Current Programme

I offer the option of attending a make-up class within the current program. I will do my best to place you in another class to catch up on what we have covered. It’s like filling in the pieces of a puzzle. This way you won’t miss anything important.

Option 2: One-on-One Time

If the make up class doesn’t work for you, I offer one-on-one sessions. This means I will work directly with you to cover what you missed. (Keep in mind, there might be a small extra cost for this).

Can I choose to participate either Face to Face or Virtually?

No matter which method you choose, rest assured that the positive outcomes of improved balance, confidence, and freedom of movement are within your reach. Both options provide the same comprehensive content, expert instruction, and valuable tools that are designed to transform your life. The journey is yours, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Virtual sessions bring the magic of the Free To Move Every Day programme right to your doorstep. With simple technology, I will connect with you one-on-one before we even start, helping you get comfortable with the how-to’s. Imaging seeing me on my screen while I see you on my big screen, it’s like being right there with me. The best part? Time is on your side. No need to leave the comfort of your home, or even change out of your comfy clothes. In our small, intimate groups, you’ll meet new friends on the same journey as you, building a sense of camaraderie and encouragement. It’s a chance to connect, learn, and progress together, all from the comfort of your living room.

Our face to face sessions are more than just classes – they’re a chance to be part of a supportive community. How do I access the Facebook Group?

To access our Facebook Group, please follow these steps:

Joining the Group:
1. If you're not already a member of our Facebook Group, you can request to join by following the link [here].
2. Once you find the group, click on the "Join Group" button. Your request will be reviewed by the group administrators, and once approved, you'll become a member.

Finding the Group on Facebook:
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. In the search bar at the top of the Facebook page, type in the name of our group “Free To Move Every Day”.
3. Click on the group name when it appears in the search results to visit the group's page.

As a member of the group, you can access all the content, posts, discussions, and resources shared within the group.

You'll receive notifications about new posts and updates from the group, which you can view by visiting the group's page on Facebook.

Feel free to participate in discussions, ask questions, share insights, and connect with other members of the community within the Facebook Group.

When can I expect to see results?

In classes, we cover the Free To Move Fundamentals and its incredible how simple changes can lead to significant improvements in how you feel and move. When you apply the Free To Move Fundamentals I share with you, you’ll find that hope becomes a reality. These fundamentals are designed to empower you to make gentle adjustments in how you sit, stand, and move. As you weave these small but powerful changes into your daily life, you’ll be amazed at how they contribute to reducing pain levels and enhancing flexibility. Just like a puzzle coming together, every piece of the Free To Move fundamentals contributes to the masterpiece of your transformation.
